How fast can you have one live on my line?
Typical setup is 5–7 business days. Day 1 is discovery, days 2–4 we build and test, days 5–7 we go live and monitor the first wave of real calls together.
What does it cost?
One-time setup ($350 English or Spanish / $450 bilingual), then a monthly plan based on minutes used ($50 for the first 100 min English/Spanish, $75 for bilingual, +$25 per additional 100 min). Month-to-month, no long-term contract. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Your agent can be set up in English, Spanish, or fully bilingual (switches naturally based on what the caller speaks). Bilingual is an add-on — see the price sheet for details.
What happens if the agent can’t answer something?
It escalates cleanly. The agent takes a message, captures contact details, marks it urgent if appropriate, and routes it to your team in seconds — with the full transcript.
Can it book appointments on my actual calendar?
Yes. We integrate with Google Calendar, Outlook, and most major scheduling tools. The agent checks availability in real time so you never get a double-booking.
Is it HIPAA-compliant?
For medical and dental clients, we deploy on HIPAA-aware infrastructure with a signed Business Associate Agreement. Ask about it on your discovery call.
What if I want to change something later?
Send us a message — most changes (new hours, a new service, an updated price) are live the same day at no extra charge.
Will it replace my receptionist?
Not unless that’s what you want. Most clients use it to handle the overflow — after hours, lunch breaks, busy stretches — so the receptionist they have can do the work humans are best at.
