These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of operatingaisystem.com and any demo AI voice agents we make available to you. By using the site or a demo, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Operating AI Systems builds custom AI voice agents for small businesses. The site is informational and lets you request a demo. We are based in the United States.

What you can use this site for

• Learn about our services.
• Contact us about your business.
• Try a demo agent we send you.

What you cannot use it for

• Anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or copying our site content.
• Misrepresenting yourself or impersonating someone else.
• Disrupting the site or any demo agents we provide.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, graphics, design, logos — belongs to Operating AI Systems. You can view and share links but not republish without permission.

Demo agents and free trials

Any demo agent we make available is provided “as is” for evaluation purposes. Demos are not production systems and should not be used to handle real customer transactions, sensitive personal data, regulated information (HIPAA, financial, etc.), or anything you would not want to lose if the demo failed.

No warranties

The site and any demos are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AI systems can produce inaccurate or unexpected output. Do not rely on a demo for any decision that would harm you or your business if the answer were wrong.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Operating AI Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any demo. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the site or a demo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which, for free site use and free demos, is $0.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or any demo we provide.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Effective” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
